Our Big Butternut Lake remodel in Luck, WI was an interior lake home remodel featuring a custom kitchen renovation, living room update, and two bathroom remodels. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, durable quartz countertops, a full-height backsplash, and updated lighting and plumbing fixtures throughout. A unique feature of this modern kitchen design is the hidden outlets and switches, thoughtfully concealed beneath the upper cabinets to create a clean, seamless look.
In the living room we took out the center load bearing wall, installed a steel I-beam and we wrapped that with locally-sourced rough sawn white pine. This created an open floor concept connecting the living room to the kitchen. We also did a custom stone fireplace, mantle and built-ins.
The primary bathroom remodel features a custom built white painted vanity, new tile flooring, and a custom walk-in shower with vertical subway tile in a rich teal finish. Updated lighting and new Delta plumbing fixtures complete this modern bathroom design.
The guest bathroom renovation includes a custom built stained vanity with a quartz countertop, paired with a unique daisy mosaic tile floor. The shower features large-format wood-look tile for a warm, natural feel. We also installed a new soaker tub along with updated plumbing fixtures and lighting, creating a functional and stylish guest bathroom space.
