This lake home remodel started with us stepping in after the homeowner had a poor experience with a different contractor. Our first priority was to assess the existing work and bring the project back to a condition where a building permit could be issued. We coordinated with an engineer to inspect what had been completed and developed a clear plan to safely move the project forward.
From there, we got the project back on track and replumbed the entire house, rewired the electrical, added new insulation, and installed new drywall throughout. The project included two full bathroom remodels and a custom kitchen, along with new LVP flooring and updated millwork including trim and doors.
To finish the space, we added a shiplap fireplace with custom built-ins for added storage and completed fresh paint throughout. This project is a great example of how we can step into a challenging situation, correct the issues, and deliver a finished product our clients can trust and enjoy.
