This home addition project in Lindstrom, MN added 432 square feet of functional living space for our clients, giving them the extra room they needed without leaving the home they love.
We started with poured footings and framed a new living room addition, carefully tying it into the existing structure. A key part of this project was seamlessly connecting the new roof lines to the home while carrying the existing vaulted ceiling through the addition to maintain an open, cohesive feel. We finished it off with a new roof over the addition to ensure everything blended together both structurally and visually.
This project is a great example of how a well-planned home addition can feel like it’s always been part of the original house.
