This lake home addition and whole home remodel on Loveless Lake in Centuria, WI was a complete transformation from the ground up. The project included a major structural addition that expanded the home’s footprint, creating additional living space while preserving beautiful lakefront views. Our team also navigated local zoning and permitting requirements on behalf of the homeowner, ensuring full compliance with lakefront building regulations.
Inside, we completed a full interior remodel, taking the home down to the studs and installing new insulation, drywall, and fresh paint throughout. We updated the flooring, trim, and millwork to bring a fresh feel to the space. The new addition was carefully designed to blend seamlessly with the existing structure, maintaining a consistent architectural style both inside and out. Outside we did new LP SmartSide, a brand new roof, new windows, and a refreshed screen porch.
As the general contractor, ATL Custom Construction managed every phase of the project, including structural engineering coordination, permit acquisition, and trade scheduling. We began construction during the winter months, adding an extra layer of complexity typical of northern climate construction. Our team implemented cold-weather building practices such as frost blankets, ground protection, and careful material management to maintain quality and keep the project on schedule.
